Are returns accepted?

All purchases are final. However, at Prince Pearl we stand behind the quality of our items. If an item is defective when received, please contact us at info@princepearl.com within 1 week of receiving the item and provide us with the details. We will be more than happy to replace the item for you if it is in stock. If an item is no longer in stock, we will refund your purchase, issue you a store credit, or allow you to exchange the item for another item of equal value. If exchanging an item for a higher priced item, you will be billed for the difference in price. Gift cards are not refundable.
